They use Absinthe and Phoenix to power their GraphQL API, which is consumed from a few different phoenix apps to produce white labeled sites as well as from their Vue frontend. They also parse insurance illustrations PDFs and extract normalized structured data from them, for virtually any carrier, all in Elixir.
